~ Appointment requests are checked regularly, however, your appointment is not confirmed until we phone or email you back.
~ It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service to ensure maximum relaxation time.
~ We ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off for courtesy of other guests and to ensure your own personal time is not interrupted.
~ Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice of cancellation or re-scheduling is appreciated.
~ A 50% deposit is required when booking treatments that are 2 hours or more.

~ If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
we kindly request 24 hours notice.
~ Cancelling less than 2 hours of or not showing for scheduled appointment(s)
will result in a charge of 50% of service reserved.
