Tuesday and Saturday at 8AM

No class on April 20th
A 45-50 minute total body workout that uses low impact, high intensity, and isometric movements to produce results. Modifications are available, making this a great workout for all fitness abilities. We will primarily be using our own body weight, light weights, bands, and an exercise ball. Join us at Kiva Annex to shake, strengthen, and tone your body.
Please bring a yoga mat and a pair of light hand held weights (1 or 2 lbs) if you have them.
