January 12, 19, and 26th

Restorative Yoga- All Levels:   Designed to strengthen joints, increase body awareness, and create energy in the body.  Gentle and suitable for all levels of fitness.  Accommodations can be made for special needs.  Bring a towel or mat.

Coolin Civic Organization; Wednesdays at 2:45.  

January 13, 20, and 27th

PIYO Levels 0- 1:  Designed to create core strength, with and introduction to yoga to increase flexibility.  Bring a thick mat and or towel for extra padding. 

 

The MT. Studio;  Fridays at 10:15 AM.

January 15, 22, 29

Arctic Yoga- Level 2:   Temperatures are cool in the studio, so get ready to create some heat!  We will move through a Tai Chi inspired warm-up, create heat with flowing asanas, and powerfully held poses such as binds, twists, and inversions, and finish up with some meditation.  Bring a mat and some layers of clothing.

Drop in Rates are $10, or a 10 punch card for $50.
