The program begins with a Metabolic Liver Cleanse or simple cleanse and moves into a period of intense exercise and change of lifestyle habits. We need to first clean out all the garbage that has accumulated in our body. Liken it to a spring cleaning of your nooks and crannies. After we have cleaned our bodies we begin the rebuilding process.
While we are cleansing we will review the diet plans to follow the cleanse, and participate in mild to moderate exercise to aid in detoxification. This is a wonderful time to examine lifestyle and set goals for your health. Once we have completed the cleanse we start exercising more intensely and building muscle and burning fat.
